TrufflesOur truffles begin with a smooth and creamy ganache center made up of fresh cream, butter and rich chocolate. These centers are then hand dipped in dark, white or milk chocolate and then as if that isn't decadent enough they are then rolled in either toffee, pistachio, coconut, almond, cocoa powder and powdered sugar. We also sneak a few of the "flavor of the month" truffles in the assortment box as well. Our Truffles are made fresh, with no preservative so they must be consumed within 3 weeks (typically not a problem). $36.00/lb |
